I started this blog as a way to network and to unload all of the feelings I have when reading a book. I just need to get it off my chest. Sometimes you read a book and it can be so over-whelming, this is my outlet.
I love happily ever afters that take you through the ringer emotionally, I mean there is nothing like finishing a book and having laughed, cried, screamed and swooned.

Twisted Obsession 
Hello Sophie, I just stumbled up on your blog and I love it. You see, I am also a wife and mother of three very grown children. I have been writing since I was twelve but mostly poetry and short stories. When my children were growing up, I wrote stories to teach them the values and morals of life which led to sharing the same stories to the neighborhood children who were known to knock at my door and ask, “Mrs. Veal, can you tell me a story?” I never missed a chance to share my stories.
Today, with the children gone, I can concentrate on other genres. And since I’m a die-hard romantic, in love with falling in love, I write about. The title of my first novel is, Shadow In The Mirror. It’s a psychological thriller romance that will have you on the edge of your seat with your heart pumping. I have 41 five-star reviews on Amazon so far and most of them want to see the book on the big screen. That just might happen (wink-wink). Would love to have you read it.
